Announcement
Those who want to attend the event must purchase electronic tickets in advance.(We'll announce later.)
Those who wish to enter and view the exhibition must obtain an electronic ticket in advance through a ticketing service to be provided by the organizer at a later date.
As part of our infection prevention measures, you will be asked to enter your personal information when you purchase your electronic ticket.
Personal information will be managed responsibly by the Committee and will be used only for the purpose of managing this project. Personal information will be stored for a certain period of time and then deleted as soon as possible.
We also ask for your cooperation in the safe operation of the event by adhering to the Infection prevention measures(JA) presented below.

Guidelines for Exhibiting Organizations
Move-in time is scheduled for 6/24(Fri) from 1:00pm to 5:00pm and move-out time is scheduled for 6/26(Sun) from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Subject to change depending on the venue.(Times are JST.)
One flower stand per group. Connected flower stands are not allowed.
Exhibit fee: 5,000 yen per organization (to cover venue expenses).
For those who wish to display backstage flowers, the exhibition fee will be reduced to 1,000 yen.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on circumstances. In such cases, exhibitors will be permitted to exhibit on a first-come, first-served basis.
For safe event operation, please read the above "Infection Prevention Measures" and cooperate in preparation, carry-in, and carry-out. We would also like to ask florists to cooperate with us in some cases, so please contact your florist beforehand.
In order to avoid congestion in the venue, we will limit the number of vendors staying at the venue. We will ask you in advance what time you would like to bring in/out your booth.
We believe it is necessary to obtain personal information from the exhibitor as well, and the Committee will manage such information. The organizer will conduct a preliminary survey of exhibitor preferences, and after the survey has been completed, the organizer will register the exhibitor and permit the exhibitor to exhibit.

Conditions under which this project will be cancelled
If the organizer of the live concert informs us that the live concert venue (Tokyo Dome City) can accept flowers for the celebration, we will cancel this project. In that case, we ask that each organization make a substitution for the project. We would like to refund the exhibition fee.
If it is deemed necessary to stop accepting general visitors, consideration will be given to converting the exhibition to an air flower stand exhibition, etc., where only those related to the exhibitor are allowed to enter.
Steps to Complete Exhibitor Registration
Please register your interest by filling out the Exhibitor Request Form.
We will contact you by DM within a few days after confirming the details of the project.
Please respond to the Exhibitor Formal Registration Form in the DM.
Please pay the exhibition fee using the PayPal billing link in the DM that will be sent to you afterwards.
Once we have received confirmation of 4.5 above, we will send you a DM confirming the completion of your exhibit registration.

Other Special Notes
To prevent the spread of infection, we will present countermeasures after careful consideration.
No admission fee will be charged to the general public, but we are considering an advance ticket purchase system (0 yen) from the viewpoint of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus. Each person will be asked to obtain a ticket for the time slot of his/her choice in advance using a web service provided by us.
We will issue Circle Passes (tentative name) in advance so that exhibitors can enter the venue during off-peak hours or when the stands need to be repaired or adjusted. Details will be announced shortly.
